What to do about tertiary nodules in the breast

Grade III breast nodules are due to breast hyperplasia. Clinically, grade 3 breast nodules are considered benign tumors, so there is no need to worry too much, but we recommend patients to have a mammogram once every 6-12 months. If the nodule has increased significantly in size recently, it should be removed surgically because some of the nodules will progress to breast cancer, with a probability of about 2%. For middle-aged women with breast nodules accompanied by local pain, endocrine disorders are considered to be the cause of breast enlargement, so vitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin E and Chinese herbal medicines can be given to achieve better results, both to relieve the clinical symptoms and to reduce the progress of breast nodules.
