What’s wrong with the yellow water flowing from the bottom in early pregnancy?

If there is yellowish vaginal discharge in the early stages of pregnancy, the most common cause is due to local inflammation of the vagina or the cervix. It is advisable to go to the hospital early for a routine leucorrhoea test to find out if there is a pathogenic infection. If necessary, a speculum can be used to open the vagina to find out if there is local inflammation such as congestion and edema in the cervix. Depending on the results of the laboratory tests and clinical examination, appropriate medications will be given for treatment. During pregnancy, since there is more vaginal discharge, it is recommended to keep the vulva clean, wash it with warm water 1-2 times a day and change the underwear regularly to avoid the possibility of pathogenic bacterial infection.
