  1, postoperative diagnosis of the child’s consciousness, pupils, such as the consciousness is not fully awake, should go to the pillow lying down, head to the side, to prevent accidental aspiration.  2, 6h after surgery can enter the liquid meal, the second day into the easy to digest, high fiber diet, and pay attention to drink more water, eat more vegetables, fruits, because of the long postoperative bed, intestinal peristalsis is slow, water is absorbed by the intestine resulting in dry stool, easy to constipation.  3, after surgery should be lying down 2 ~ 3 d, the affected side of the lower limbs outside the booth, to prevent increased abdominal pressure, affecting the healing of the surgical site, if you take a semi-prone position, under the knee should be a soft pillow to relax the abdominal muscles, reduce abdominal tension, do not flex the hip joint when lying in bed, so as not to testicular traction relaxation to testicular retraction.  4, keep the perineal wound dressing clean and dry, be stained wet should promptly notify the medical staff to change, to prevent the incision infection, wound pain is intense, can be deep breathing, huffing and other methods to reduce pain, ineffective to find a doctor to give the appropriate amount of analgesics, sedative drugs to relieve pain, accompanied by increased caress, words of comfort and other care intervention methods.  5, after the operation, premature activity on the ground may lead to increased exudation in the scrotum, so it is not advisable to prematurely move on the ground, because the exudation and hematoma can easily lead to bacterial growth, so antibiotics should be administered after the operation to prevent infection, if necessary, to strengthen drainage to reduce the occurrence of infection. In addition, due to local inflammatory reactions, blood and tissue exudation, the scrotum may become red, swollen or painful hard masses after surgery. It is important to keep the wound dry for about 2 months after surgery to prevent wound infection or wound dehiscence. For the transumbilical site after single-hole laparoscopic surgery, in addition to keeping it dry, the gauze for umbilical compression should be kept for two weeks to prevent postoperative bulging of the umbilical appearance, and if the tape is not tight, please paste it back and press the umbilicus in time.  6. Regular follow-up should be done after surgery. One month after surgery, review and do further testicular traction with a view to obtaining better surgical results after surgery (testicles at the bottom of the scrotum). After that, review once in 3 months and review for about 1 year.
