Surgical treatment (1) Endoscopic treatment: for patients with bleeding ulcers, endoscopic hemostasis treatment can be carried out; for patients with pyloric obstruction, endoscopic balloon dilatation can be used to relieve the obstruction. (2) Surgical treatment: For some patients with serious conditions and complications, surgical treatment is needed, and gastric resection and vagotomy are common surgical methods.
