Frequent dizziness and headache can be categorized into physiological and pathological. Pathologic causes include craniocerebral diseases, cardiovascular diseases and systemic diseases. 1. Physiological: If you drink too much strong tea or coffee, or are quitting smoking and drinking, these situations will produce dizziness and headache, which are normal physiological phenomena and do not require additional special treatment. 2. Pathological: If you suffer from craniocerebral diseases, such as meningitis, brain abscess, cerebral embolism and brain tumors, you will have dizziness and headache. Cardiovascular diseases such as high blood pressure and heart failure can also produce this symptom because of insufficient blood supply to the brain. Systemic diseases such as influenza, anemia and heat stroke can also cause symptoms. Primary headaches, such as migraines, can also cause dizziness and headaches. If you suspect that the symptoms are pathologic, it is recommended that you seek medical attention.
