Normal range of shoulder mobility

The normal range of shoulder joint activity includes 80~90 degrees of abduction, 20~40 degrees of adduction, 70~90 degrees of forward flexion, 40 degrees of backward extension, 45~60 degrees of external rotation and 45~70 degrees of internal rotation. Normal shoulder joint activity is very flexible, is one of the most flexible joints in the human body, if there is limited shoulder joint activity may be frozen shoulder, because of the ligament around the shoulder joint, joint capsule, joint adhesion caused by limited activity, active and passive activities are limited.
