Diet should be based on the principle of high calorie and high nutrition, generally increasing by 50%-70% compared to normal people. However, it is necessary to avoid excessive one-time intake, and multiple meals can be used, with 2-3 side meals a day in addition to the normal 3 meals. 2, should be appropriate to increase the supply of carbohydrates, should not give more animal protein, because animal protein has a stimulating effect. More vegetable protein can be consumed, such as eggs, milk, etc. 3, high vitamin, high mineral supply, more food rich in vitamin B1, vitamin B2, and vitamin C. Foods high in iodine tend to contribute to the hardening of the thyroid tissue, which is the most important topic of concern for outpatients. According to international guidelines, uric acid-lowering treatment should not be stopped and should be maintained for a long time. In the author’s experience, after about 1 year of active uric acid lowering treatment (depending on the patient’s condition and duration of disease), most patients can be reduced to the minimum dose for maintenance; in fact, some patients can maintain a good blood uric acid level (only some patients) by exercise and diet and other lifestyle interventions after finally stopping the medication; while there are a few patients whose uric acid will rebound when the medication is reduced, and these patients need Long-term therapeutic dose maintenance. The block is stiff and hard to disappear, making the patient’s condition delayed. Therefore, hyperthyroidism patients are not suitable to eat more iodine-rich foods such as kelp and sea shrimp. In addition, hyperthyroidism patients are often in a highly excited state, so it is not suitable to eat strong stimulating foods such as chili peppers. For hyperthyroidism patients, a reasonable diet can help them better replenish their body’s energy and promote recovery. Therefore, hyperthyroidism patients should keep in mind the above listed dietary contraindications and actively cooperate with their doctors to recover their health as soon as possible.
