Nedaplatin for several stages of cancer

Nedaplatin is generally used in chemotherapy for stage II-IV intermediate and advanced cancers. Nedaplatin can be used to treat cancers such as esophageal cancer, cervical cancer, head and neck tumors, and lung cancer. Because of its broad-spectrum anti-tumor properties, it is effective in a wide range of solid tumors, especially in the treatment of esophageal cancer and head and neck tumors. Moreover, the drug is easy to administer, drug-related nephrotoxicity and gastrointestinal toxicity are low, and patient adverse effects are usually low. Nedaplatin-containing regimens can generally be used for chemotherapy of stage II-IV mid- to late-stage cancers, in combination with radiotherapy and surgical treatment, to improve the cure rate of patients and further prolong the life of patients with mid- to late-stage cancers. During the application of nedaplatin for cancer treatment, patients should be strictly observed for allergic reactions, and if patients experience respiratory distress, cyanosis, palpitations, decreased blood pressure and other reactions, anaphylaxis and complications caused by shock should be prevented in a timely manner, and patients should also pay attention to rest, practice a light, nutritious, high-quality protein diet, maintain a good state of mind and actively cooperate with treatment.
