What to do if a fetus has a duplicate chromosome 10 and a deletion of chromosome 13?

Fetus with duplication of chromosome 10 and deletion of chromosome 13 has obvious chromosomal abnormality and it is recommended to terminate the pregnancy as soon as possible. Normal fetus has 46 and 23 pairs of chromosomes, if there is chromosome 10 duplication of chromosome 13 deletion, it is a serious chromosomal abnormality, which will cause abnormal development of the fetus, mental retardation, organ deformities and other anomalies, and need to carry out amniocentesis to confirm this chromosomal abnormality of the fetus, and should terminate pregnancy as soon as possible after confirmation.
