What is the pain in the bones of the back?

Back suture pain should refer to pain in a point between the spinous processes of the thoracic and lumbar vertebrae, and we consider the following two causes of back suture pain: the first cause, supraspinous ligamentitis; the second cause, interspinous ligamentitis. We know that there is a ligament called the interspinous ligament between the spinous processes of the thoracic and lumbar vertebrae, and a ligament called the supraspinous ligament above the spinous processes. When the interspinous and supraspinous ligaments develop aseptic inflammation or suffer an external injury, pain between the interspinous ligaments of the back will occur, which is characterized by a point of pressure pain, usually located between the posterior median spinous processes of the back. Another disease is myofasciitis of the thoracic back, which is a diffuse pressure pain in the thoracic back, and can be differentiated. If these symptoms appear, we also routinely take an X-ray of the thoracic and lumbar spine to exclude tumors, tuberculosis and other diseases.
