There are many patients with breast disease, and there are many different opinions about dietary contraindications, including hearsay and falsehoods. The specific contraindications to health food are as follows: health food: placenta, royal jelly propolis, American ginseng, bird’s nest, clams film oil, pollen. Synthetic feed farmed: feed chicken (fast food chicken), feed snapper, feed eels. Health products that can be consumed: (wild) ginseng, prince’s ginseng, Korean ginseng, Cordyceps sinensis, Ganoderma lucidum (spore powder), maple dou. The following “avoiding food” are all recommendations from patients or other doctors, but I personally think it is not necessary. For example: milk, yogurt, eggs, soy milk, soy products, seafood (seafood), mushrooms, fungus, spinach, chocolate, coffee and other foods can be eaten. Remember, food is the key to recovery from surgery, chemotherapy and future treatment without adequate nutrition. However, any food should be consumed in moderation (in the right amount). For patients who decoct their own herbs, it is recommended that each packet be decocted twice a day and taken for 2 meals (not on an empty stomach). For patients with breast enlargement, it is recommended to stop taking the medicine during menstruation. For patients with post-operative breast cancer, it is recommended to decoct the herbs at the same time as other medications (no need to decoct first) if the formula contains 30 grams of “six grains of snake”, or for 60 grams of “six grains of snake”, it is recommended to decoct the herbs for 60-90 minutes.
