Difficulty in breathing out of the throat is mainly seen clinically in the following diseases: 1. Inflammatory diseases, commonly known as acute epiglottitis, which comes on more aggressively, and the patient has dyspnea in addition to dyspnea, accompanied by sore throat and difficulty in swallowing. During clinical examination, a spherical or hemispherical elevation of the lingual surface of the epiglottis can be seen, resulting in blockage of the laryngeal entrance by the epiglottis and respiratory distress in patients. For clinical treatment, sufficient antibiotics plus sufficient hormones should be applied; 2. Tumors growing on the vocal folds or tumors growing in the hypopharynx, commonly including advanced hypopharyngeal cancer, advanced vocal fold cancer, cancer subjects blocking the entrance of the larynx, resulting in breathing difficulties; 3. Incomplete paralysis of bilateral vocal folds, which can be seen during clinical examination with bilateral vocal fold abduction and restricted activities. Clinically, for this condition, the purpose of relieving respiratory distress is achieved by removing the bilateral arytenoid area and widening the vocal folds.
