Lung cancer with lumbar pain and discomfort is considered to be lumbar spine metastasis, kidney metastasis, adrenal gland metastasis and retroperitoneal lymph node metastasis, and patients need to undergo ultrasound, CT, bone scanning and magnetic resonance examination to confirm the severity of the disease. In terms of treatment, pain-relieving drugs are mainly adopted: bone metastasis needs to be treated with drugs to delay bone destruction, such as zoledronic acid; lumbar spine metastasis or even compression fracture needs to be treated with surgical internal fixation with nail rod system to avoid paralysis; kidney metastasis can cause hematuria, which is mainly treated with palliative surgery to remove kidneys or interventional embolization, and also requires chemotherapy, targeted and immunotherapy for the primary lesion of lung cancer. At the same time, chemotherapy, targeted therapy and immunotherapy should be adopted for the primary lesions of lung cancer.
