If the patient’s chest radiograph or lung CT suggests the flaky shadow of the lung, clinically consider the possibility of pneumonia, but at the same time do not exclude old lesions, tuberculosis, tumors and other related diseases, and need to further improve the relevant examination, the need to perfect the examination, including routine blood, C-reactive protein, sputum test for bacillus antacidus, tumor series, sputum test for cancer cells, and if necessary, can improve the bronchoscopy or biopsy of the examination. If the patient’s flaky shadow is caused by simple pneumonia, only active anti-infection treatment is needed, and review after anti-infection. If the patient’s sputum detects bacillus antacidus, the clinical consideration is active tuberculosis, and anti-tuberculosis treatment is needed. If cancer cells are detected in the sputum of the patient, or after bronchoscopy or puncture biopsy, the history of lung malignant tumor is confirmed, surgical treatment, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and other related treatments need to be taken according to the condition.
