Blood in the discharge during breastfeeding may be caused by physiological factors, vaginitis, cervicitis, uterine polyps and so on.

4. Uterine polyps: if the patient’s estrogen level is too high, stimulated by inflammation, leading to overgrowth of endometrial tissue, resulting in the emergence of blood in the discharge during breastfeeding, and at the same time, there will be abnormal menstrual manifestations.
