If dizziness is caused by cranio-cerebral metastasis in advanced gastric cancer, the local brain metastases can be controlled by radiotherapy and surgical resection in addition to chemotherapy and targeted therapy for systemic anti-tumor treatment. 2. If the dizziness is caused by anemia due to poor nutritional status of gastric cancer, oral medication can be considered to improve the symptoms of anemia and blood transfusion if necessary to improve the symptoms of dizziness. 3. Some patients’ dizziness is caused by liver metastasis and abnormal liver function in advanced stage of gastric cancer, so the treatment should strengthen liver-protective therapy in addition to anti-tumor therapy.
