Early discharge of endometrial cancer is not necessarily clear water. Patients with endometrial cancer may not have obvious uncomfortable symptoms in the early stage. With the development of the disease, the first symptom of most patients is abnormal vaginal bleeding, and the second symptom may be vaginal discharge, which is usually of plasma or blood-water nature. In endometrial cancer patients, the phenomenon of vaginal discharge is a typical feature to differentiate from other diseases, but it may not necessarily be clear water in the early stage of the disease, in which plasmacytosis is predominant, and purulent or pus and blood may appear when the disease develops to a serious degree. If there is any endometrial cancer in early stage, it is suggested that patients should go to hospital for standardized treatment in time to avoid delaying the condition.
