The term “semen turbidity” refers to urine that is clear in color and flows in a paste-like cloudy substance at the end of the body. It is a kind of disease produced under the action of evil poison or other pathogenic factors. Clinical diagnosis and treatment is mainly based on evidence, and can be diagnosed to take eight Zheng San, prostate soup, Zhi Bai Di Huang Wan, Right Angelica Pill and other medicines to treat it.
1. Dampness-heat condensation (dampness and heat evils in the body each other agglomeration (aggregation)): symptoms of frequent urination, urinary urgency, urinary pain, burning sensation in the urethra, urinary tract at the end of occasional white cloudy (cloudy urine such as white slurry), and so on. The treatment is to clear heat and eliminate dampness, and can be used as Bazheng San or Longdian Diarrhea Liver Tang.
2. Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome: the course of the disease is longer, with pain in the abdomen, perineum, testicles, lumbosacral region and incomplete urination. The treatment is to activate blood circulation, eliminate blood stasis, move qi and relieve pain (relieve pain by regulating the body’s qi), and can be treated with prostate soup, which can activate blood circulation, eliminate blood stasis, and move qi and lead to stagnation.
3. Yin deficiency and hyperactivity of fire: white secretion overflowing from the urethra at the end of urination or during bowel movement, discomfort in the urethra, easy to lift the penis, dizziness, tinnitus, insomnia and dreaminess, etc. The treatment is to nourish Yin and reduce fire. The treatment is to nourish yin and lower the fire, and can be treated with Zhi Bai Di Huang Wan.
4. Kidney yang deficiency: symptoms include urinary dribbling, white discharge from the urethra after a little exertion, soreness and coldness of the waist and knees, impotence and premature ejaculation, and coldness of the limbs (cold body). The treatment should be to tonify the kidney and help the yang, use Right Angelica Pill or Jisheng Kidney Qi Pill. Right Angelica Pill has the effect of warming and tonifying the kidney yang, filling up the marrow (replenishing the body’s essence and promoting the development of bone marrow); Jisheng Kidney Qi Pill can warm and help the kidney yang, and promote diuresis to eliminate swelling.
