Before the surgery, the area of the surgical incision can also be disinfected with iodophor, which can be done two times routinely. After the surgery, the wound is normally changed with iodophor, which is also disinfected twice, in the range of 3-5 cm, and covered with sterile dressing or gauze after wiping.
