Non-paroxysmal ventricular tachycardia, how to treat it

Patients with nonparoxysmal ventricular tachycardia usually do not need antiarrhythmic therapy when they are asymptomatic, but if it is caused by a primary cause such as acute myocardial infarction, the primary cause should be actively treated.
Non-paroxysmal ventricular tachycardia is also known as accelerated ventricular autonomic rhythm. This type of ventricular tachycardia occurs most often in patients with heart disease, especially during acute myocardial infarction and reperfusion, digitalis intoxication, cardiomyopathy, cardiac surgery, rheumatic fever, the cause should be clearly identified and actively given targeted treatment.
As this type occurs alone, patients with episodes of transient, intermittent, generally asymptomatic, and does not affect the prognosis, it usually does not require antiarrhythmic therapy.
If you suffer from this disease, you should have a regular review, avoid exertion and emotional stress, live a healthy life, and actively treat the primary disease. If the symptoms worsen, please consult a doctor.
