Epididymal tuberculosis is a kind of extrapulmonary tuberculosis, most of which is secondary to renal tuberculosis, and the drugs can not be stopped until it has completely turned negative in the course of normal treatment. Epididymal tuberculosis is a kind of extrapulmonary tuberculosis which is more common in men, and the specific treatment has the same principle as that of pulmonary tuberculosis, which requires early, sufficient amount, combined, standardized and long-term medication. The medication should be used for at least 6 months, and some of them need to be used continuously for one year. During the period of medication, regular review is required, and the medication should be discontinued only after the examination is completely negative, so as to prevent the recurrence of the disease caused by discontinuing the medication in advance. Some patients may have obvious abnormalities of liver and kidney function during the process of drug use, and need to stop using the drug or switch to other drugs for a short period of time, the specific conditions need to be standardized under the guidance of the clinician.
