The normal range of blood lipids is 0.45-1.27 mmol/L. If it is within this standard, it is a normal blood lipid condition. However, if it is higher than this standard, it is elevated and clinically known as hyperlipidemia. Once hyperlipidemia occurs, it needs to be treated aggressively. There are two ways of treatment: first, through the regular diet, such as eating less animal offal and fatty meat check barbecue and other foods, eat more green vegetables and fruits, quit smoking and alcohol; second, in terms of drug treatment, commonly used drugs such as simvastatin, resulvastatin and atorvastatin are all drugs to reduce blood lipids.
