HPVE6, E7 is a test to determine the presence of HPV virus infection. HPV virus genome is divided into early genetic region (E), late genetic region (L), and long regulatory region (LCR), and the specificity of early genetic region (E) detection is more obvious and the accuracy of detection is higher. HPV virus infection is the main cause of cervical cancer in women. When HPV virus infection occurs, cytological examination of the cervix is needed to exclude the possibility of cervical cancer. If cervical cancer is ruled out, HPV infection alone can be controlled with interferon, which has no significant effect on the body.
