Blood heat” is the main cause of psoriasis. Blood heat is endowed with the elements, or the skin is attacked by the six external mirths, or the mind is disturbed, or the seven emotions are internally injured, or the blood heat is internally contained and externally congested in the skin due to excessive consumption of spices and poor diet. In the first attack, it is often caused by heat and wind, and wind and dryness, which is blood-heat and wind-heat; in the long-standing case, Yin and blood have been injured, poisonous heat has not been exhausted, and the skin has lost nourishment, which is blood-deficiency and wind-dryness; psoriasis is mostly depressed heat, which is easy to form damp-heat, which is wind-heat and dampness or damp-heat and poison; or kidney-yang deficiency is easy to trap cold, which is wind-dampness and stagnation, etc. The clinical treatment is divided into six types.
(A) Internal treatment
1. Blood-heat and wind-heat syndrome
It is mostly seen in the progressive stage of psoriasis. Initially, it occurs after an external sensation, with new skin lesions appearing continuously, bright red skin lesions, irritability and thirst, dry stool, slippery pulse, red and purple tongue and yellow coating. The symptoms are due to internal blood-heat and external wind, internal and external combination of evil, blood-heat and wind or injury to the camp and dryness, which is the result of external congestion of blood-heat and poisonous evil. Treatment is to clear heat and cool the blood, dispel wind and detoxify. Square with Fu Ling Tang or Fu Ling pill or gram silver side.
Tu Fu Ling Tang: Tu Fu Ling 30g, 30g of raw Dihuang, 15g of grass, 30g of raw Sophora, 15g of comfrey, 9g of santou root, 15g of white fresh skin, 15g of big green leaf, 15g of lonicera, 6g of licorice.
Poria cocos pill: Poria cocos 310g, 250g, 250g, 250g, 250g, 250g, 125g, 125g, 125g, the yellow herb seeds. the above drugs are finely ground, refined honey for the pill, each pill 6g, each time 3 pills, twice a day.
Ke-yin side: Tu Fu Ling 30g, Cao He Che 15g, Bei Dou Gen 10g, Bai Xian Pi 15g, Ban Lan Gen 15g, Lonicerae 15g, Wei Ling Xian 10g each, licorice 6g.
2.Blood deficiency and wind dryness type
Mostly seen in the quiescent stage of psoriasis. The disease does not subside for a long time, the skin is dry, the lesions are as small as coins or as large as maps, the color is light white or dull brown or dull purple, the scales are dry and not easily peeled, the itching is intense, the tongue is light with white coating or red with little coating or the tongue is dull with petechiae, and the pulse is thin. The symptoms belong to: wind and dryness for a long time, injuring Yin and consuming Blood or for people with Blood deficiency. Treatment is to nourish Yin, nourish Blood and moisten dryness, clear heat and detoxify, with nourish Blood and moisten dryness or Shan Bai Cao Wan or Ke Yin Er Fang.
Nourishing Blood and moistening dryness: 15g each of raw and cooked Di Huang, 12g of Angelica sinensis, 9g of peach kernel, 9g of safflower, 12g of Salvia miltiorrhiza, 9g of Xanthopanax, 9g of asparagus, 9g of maitake, 9g of sesame, 6g of licorice.
Shan Bai Cao Pill: Shan Dou Root 90g, Bai Xian Pi 90g, Cao He Che 90g, Da Qing Ye 45g, Fishy Cao 90g, Xia Ku Cao 45g, Fried San Ling 45g, Fried Curcuma 45g, Wang Bu Liu Xing 45g. The above medicine is ground, refined honey into pills, 6g per pill, 3 pills each time, 2 times a day.
Ke-Yin Er Formula: Sheng Di Huang 30g, Cao He Che 15g, Bei Dou Gen 10g, Bai Xian Pi 15g, Dan Shen 15g, Xuan Shen 15g, Da Qing Ye 15g, Lian Lian 10g, Ma Ren 10g.
3. Wind-heat and Dampness
The rash is flushed or dull red, with yellow impregnated water or vesicles when scratched, with red tongue, yellow coating and smooth pulse. Treatment is to disperse wind and dampness, clear heat, cool the blood and detoxify the toxin, with cool blood and remove dampness soup.
Add reduction: If the tongue is red with yellowish coating, use gentian diarrhea liver soup; if the tongue is white with greasy coating, use dehumidification stomach Ling Tang; if there is more flowing water, increase the dosage of Atractylodes macrocephala.
4.Damp heat and toxicity
Pustular psoriasis or palmoplantar pustular psoriasis, accompanied by body heat, red face, red tongue with yellow fur and slippery pulse. The symptoms belong to: wind-heat outside, damp-heat contained within, outside can not be drained, within can not guide, depression long into poison, poisonous heat within the Sheng. The treatment is to regulate dampness and clear heat, search the wind and detoxify the toxin; or to cool the blood and clear heat and detoxify the toxin, using Wu Wei Disinfectant Drink or Pu Ji Disinfectant Drink.
To regulate dampness and clear heat, to search wind and detoxify toxin: Fu Ling 30g, Wu Snake 9g, Raw Sophora 9g, Bai Xian Pi 9g, Gentiana Macrophylla 9g, Leucaena 9g, Huang Lian 9g, Bitter Ginseng 9g, Atractylodes Macrocephala 9g, Atractylodes Macrocephala 9g, Fang Feng and Rhubarb 6g each.
Wumai Disinfectant Drink: 15g each of honeysuckle, wild chrysanthemum, dandelion and purple flowering groundnut, 6g each of purple-backed asparagus.
Puji Disinfectant Drink: Shengma 3g, Panax quinquefolium 15g, Scutellaria baicalensis 9g, Radix et Rhizoma ginseng 9g, Radix forsythiae 9g, Burdock each 9g, Platycodon grandiflorus 3g, Huanglian 6g, Chaihu 6g, Chenpi 6g each, Mab 1,5g, Sclerotinia sinensis 3g, Glycyrrhiza glabra 3g, Mentha piperita (later down) 3g each.
5.Feng-damp paralysis and stagnation
It is an arthritic psoriasis with pain in the joints of the limbs, with redness and swelling of the small joints in mild cases and deformation of the elbows, knees and spine in severe cases, with red or dull red skin lesions, thick scales, slippery pulse and thin white greasy coating. The symptoms belong to: wind and dampness fighting with each other, (disease) blocking the meridians, Qi stagnation and blood stasis. Treatment should be to activate blood circulation, dispel wind and remove dampness; or treatment to search wind and remove dampness, defeat poison and dispel disease. Mainly used is Gui Zhi Shao Yao Zhi Mu Tang or Dou Shuo Zai Sheng Tang. Composition of the formula.
Gui Zhi Paeoniae Zhi Mu Tang: 6g of concocted fenugreek, 6g of ephedra, 12g of gui Zhi, 9g of peony, 12g of atractylodes, 12g of Zhi Mu, 12g of fenghua, 15g of ginger, 6g of licorice.
Addition and subtraction: add chicken blood vine and gentiana for joint pain; add turmeric and sea breeze vine for the upper limbs; add antibiotics for the lower limbs; add perforated nail and transverse bone herb for joint deformation, or add whole scorpion, centipede, cicada and other products to drive away the wind.
6.Toxic-heat injury to the camp
It is erythrodermic psoriasis with rapid onset, flushing of the skin around the body and redness of the face with strong heat. The symptoms are: mostly due to long dry evil injury camp, but also due to the external use of stimulating too strong or highly toxic drugs such as arsenic and mercury, poisonous heat into the camp, burning the skin, qi and blood burnt, wounding yin and liquid consumption. The treatment is to cool the camp and nourish the yin, clear the heat and detoxify. The main use of Qing Ying Tang, combined with nourishing blood and moistening drink.
Add and subtract: for scalp, add Shengma, Jingzhu; for extremities, add Weilingxian, Mulberry; for upper extremities, add Chuanxiong; for lower extremities, add Dushu; for flaking, add Xu Changqing; for purple and dull tongue, add Tao Ren, Hong Hua, Ling Xiaohua; for menstrual disorders in women, add Angelica, Dan Shen.
In addition, the following herbs can be used for long term illnesses.
30g of Cao He Che, 30g of Xia Gu Cao, 15g of Shan Dou Root. make sugar-coated tablets, each 15 tablets contains raw herbs l post amount. 3 times a day, 4-8 tablets each time. 4 weeks for a course of treatment.
This formula is made up of 30g of Fu Ling, 30g of Cao He Che, 10g of Bei Dou Root and 30g of Bai Xian Pi.
This formula is derived from the second formula.
(II) External Treatment
For blood-heat and windy disease, Yu Huang Paste or Huang Bai Paste is available; for blood-deficiency and wind-dry disease, Red Powder Paste is available; for damp-heat and toxicity disease, Huang Bai Paste or Red Powder Paste is available; for wind-dampness and stagnation disease, Yu Huang Paste is available; for poisonous-heat and camp injury disease, stop using the ointment. Do not use for skin lesions that are widespread around the body or head and face lesions. Jade yellow ointment: 90g of turmeric, 30g of angelica, 9g of dahurica, 30g of licorice, 6g of light powder, 6g of ice chips, 90~125g of bee white wax.
Red powder ointment: Jade yellow ointment 30g, red powder 6g.
Yellow cypress ointment: Yellow cypress 30g, Vaseline 70g.
Rub externally, once a day. Observe whether there is any allergy, and select a small skin lesion for trial when using for the first time, and then use as appropriate.
