What about paralysis?

Paralysis is a common complication of neurological disorders. It is common in traumatic brain injury, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, and complications arising from various neurosurgical procedures. Once the symptom of paralysis occurs in the limbs with decreased muscle strength, the limbs should be exercised as soon as possible. If the patient’s condition has not stabilized after surgery, he or she can be treated with rehabilitation, limb function exercises, and acupuncture and electrical stimulation at the bedside. If the condition is stable, the patient should go to the rehabilitation hospital as soon as possible after discharge to do specialized rehabilitation training treatment, and at the same time, can cooperate with the hyperbaric oxygen. Hyperbaric oxygen is helpful for the recovery of nerve function. If the paralysis still can’t be improved, neural stem cell transplantation can be done, but this technology is still immature and the effect is not certain.
