Merlin is the trade name for ibuprofen suspension and ibuprofen suspension drops, ibuprofen suspension for children 1-12 years old and ibuprofen suspension drops designed for infants and children. They both taste good and children comply well with them, so you don’t need to mix them with water, just measure the dose and drink it directly. The active ingredient of Merlin is ibuprofen, which is indicated for fever caused by common cold or influenza in children. It can also be used to relieve mild to moderate pain in children, such as headache, joint pain, migraine, toothache, muscle pain and neuralgia. Ibuprofen is an over-the-counter antipyretic and analgesic drug. If pain or fever persists, it can be repeated once at an interval of 4-6 hours, no more than four times in 24 hours.
