Causes of muscle nodule formation

Muscle nodules form for a number of reasons, including chronic muscle spasms, chronic injuries, and muscle strains. Muscle nodules are round-like swellings that are palpable on the surface of the muscle, relatively hard and painful to press. 1. Muscle spasm: generally due to long-term overuse of a particular muscle or muscle cold, resulting in long-term muscle tension spasm, and then produce nodules. 2. Chronic injury: muscle, fascia and other soft tissues are subjected to long-term repeated chronic injury, triggering local inflammation, inflammatory exudate material in the muscle caused by fibrous tissue proliferation, the formation of muscle nodules. 3. Muscle strain: muscle strain occurs during exercise or labor, scar tissue may be produced during the recovery process of damaged muscle tissue, and then form muscle nodules. When muscle nodules appear, you can use medicines to activate blood circulation and remove blood stasis, or apply hot compresses, acupuncture, massage and other treatments to the local area to promote the dissipation of the nodules.
