The meridians of the hand are the Hand Shaoyin Heart Meridian, the Hand Syncopal Pericardium Meridian, the Hand Taiyin Lung Meridian, the Hand Shaoyang Sanjiao Meridian, the Hand Sun Small Intestine Meridian, and the Hand Yangming Large Intestine Meridian. The Hand Shaoyin Heart Meridian runs from the back edge of the inner forearm to the pea bone of the palm, then into the palm of the hand to the radial end of the little finger. The Hand Convulsive Yin Pericardium Meridian enters the palm of the hand from the middle of the two large tendons of the arm and then reaches the end of the middle finger. The Hand Taiyin Lung Meridian runs from the place where the pulse pulses at the inches of the mouth to the greater trochanter, along the radial edge of the greater trochanter to the end of the thumb, and there is also a branch that divides from the back of the wrist and runs along the radial side of the index finger to the end of the index finger. The Hand Shaoyang Sanjiao Meridian runs from the ulnar end of the ring finger, up between the little finger and ring finger, and then up through the dorsal side of the wrist. The Hand Sun Small Intestine Meridian starts at the ulnar lateral end of the little finger and travels along the ulnar side of the hand to the wrist and then upward. The Hand Yangming Large Intestine Meridian starts at the radial end of the index finger and travels up the radial side of the index finger, passes between the 1st and 2nd metacarpal bones, and up to the wrist.
