Neck lymphocentesis results with heterogeneous cells may be related to diseases such as epidemic hemorrhagic fever, lymphomatoid granuloma, and lymphoid hyperdifferentiated carcinoma. 1. Epidemic hemorrhagic fever: mainly caused by infection with hantavirus, which is a kind of infectious disease, the examination will find that the leukocyte index is obviously increased, the platelet is obviously decreased, and accompanied by heterogeneous cells. 2. Lymphomatoid granuloma: usually associated with infection with Chlamydia trachomatis, not timely removal of the causative organisms, invasion of lymphatic tissues, through the puncture examination may show heterogeneous cells. 3. Lymphoid low-differentiated carcinoma: it belongs to the advanced stage of lymphoma, and the cancer cells of this kind of patients may have metastasized to the lymphatic system, and the presence of heterogeneous cells will be found in the lymphocentesis examination. If the lymphatic puncture of the neck shows heterogeneous cells, it is recommended to consult the doctor in time and exclude malignant lesions through pathological examination and tumor marker examination, and then target treatment according to the results of early diagnosis.
