Will sweat hair grow back if it is uprooted?

After the sweat hair is pulled out by the roots, it will actually grow again. In some cases, after the sweat hair is pulled out, the patient can see tiny transparent balls at the root of the hair, which is called a hair bulb in clinical practice. Although this may look like the root of the hair, it is not the area where the hair can actually grow. The area where the hair grows, the papilla and the hair matrix, are not plucked out together. So after a while, the hair will grow back. However, it is not recommended that patients repeatedly pluck their own hair, especially underarm and calf hair, because repeated plucking may cause folliculitis. The reason is that plucking by itself will cause significant damage to the hair follicle itself. In fact, if you don’t pluck it yourself, the hair can fall off on its own after a while.
