Insulin 30/70 refers to premixed insulin, which contains 30% regular insulin and 70% intermediate-acting insulin. Insulin is a commonly used clinical hypoglycemic hormone, and there are many types of insulin, including rapid-acting insulin, short-acting insulin, intermediate-acting insulin, long-acting insulin, and premixed insulin depending on the duration of action. Pre-mixed insulin is for the convenience of clinical use, the manufacturer will short-acting insulin and intermediate-acting insulin pre-mixed in a certain proportion. Premixed insulin, depending on the composition of the short-acting insulin contained, is categorized into premixed human insulin and premixed insulin analogs. Depending on the ratio of short-acting insulin, they can be categorized into premixed types such as insulin 30/70, insulin 50/50, and insulin 25/75.
