There is no such thing as “three kinds of fish should not be eaten in cerebral infarction”. Cerebral infarction patients can eat fish.

Fish belongs to high protein, high quality protein, so patients with cerebral infarction can eat fish. However, patients with cerebral infarction may be combined with dysphagia problem, so the speed of eating should be slowed down during the diet to prevent the situation such as aspiration.
However, fish is a high purine food, patients with high uric acid cerebral infarction should not eat fish, so as not to cause uric acid rise, aggravate atherosclerosis.
In addition to dietary attention, patients with cerebral infarction should quit smoking and drinking, exercise properly and take secondary prevention drugs regularly and other comprehensive measures to prevent recurrence of cerebral infarction.
