Strong echogenic spot in the right lobe of the liver may be related to intrahepatic bile duct stones, hepatic hemangioma, liver cancer and other diseases. 1. Intrahepatic bile duct stones: for example, gallstones, gallbladder stones, when the stones gradually increase in size and localized calcium deposition in the liver occurs, it will cause strong echogenic spots in the liver. 2. Hepatic hemangioma: it belongs to a kind of benign tumor of liver tissue, when the density of patients with hepatic hemangioma is higher than that of normal liver tissue, a strong echogenic spot on the right lobe of the liver will be found through examination. 3. Hepatocellular carcinoma: it is a kind of malignant tumor in liver tissues, after the aggravation of the disease affects the liver function or harms the liver tissues and liver cells, it will cause local stasis and calcium salt deposition phenomenon, so strong echogenic spot in the right lobe of the liver can be found in the imaging examination, but this situation is relatively rare. Strong echogenic spots in the right lobe of the liver may also be caused by hepatic calcification, so it is not possible to accurately determine which factor is involved. Further ultrasound, enhanced CT and MRI are recommended to analyze the cause and then treat it.
