Practicing nausea and vomiting may be physiological factors or pathological factors, such as chronic gastritis, gastric ulcer, hypoglycemia, hypokalemia and other reasons.
1. Physiological factors: because of the large amount of exercise when practicing legs, causing abnormal intestinal peristalsis and nausea, vomiting, abdominal distension and other symptoms, usually the lack of exercise or too much exercise related to the general rest can be restored in most cases.
2. Pathologic factors:
(1) Chronic gastritis: there may be gastrointestinal symptoms in the absence of leg exercises, which may be aggravated by nausea, vomiting, acid reflux and other symptoms after doing leg exercises.
(2) Gastric ulcer: there is an ulcerated surface on the gastric mucosa, and there are usually gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, acid reflux, heartburn and other symptoms before practicing leg exercises, and the symptoms are aggravated after practicing leg exercises, for example, the appearance of exercise hypertension, which can be accompanied by dizziness, nausea, vomiting and other symptoms.
(3) Hypoglycemia: Because of the consumption of a relatively large amount of glycogen when practicing legs, the body is in a state of hypoglycemia, so nausea, dizziness, vomiting and other symptoms.
(4) Hypokalemia: when practicing leg exercises, the exercise is large and sweating is relatively large, which induces hypokalemia and can cause nausea, vomiting, dizziness and other symptoms.
