Generally, basophils 1.3 x 10^9/L is not considered serious.
Under normal circumstances, the normal range of basophils in routine blood tests is (0~1)×10^9/L. Increased numbers of basophils are commonly seen in certain allergic diseases, certain hematological disorders, certain malignant tumors, and certain infectious diseases.
A basophil count of 1.3 x 10^9/L is mildly elevated and is common in allergic diseases. A simple high basophil ratio does not matter and does not require special treatment. In this case, the basophils will decrease to normal after cessation of allergen exposure and active anti-allergy treatment (loratadine).
Only a mild increase in basophils can not determine the condition, it is recommended to consult a regular hospital, combined with other tests to clarify the diagnosis.
