What exercise is suitable for patients with coronary heart disease

  Coronary heart disease is able to reduce coronary heart disease symptoms and improve quality of life through exercise. Through proactive training of physical, mental, behavioral and social activities, it helps patients to relieve symptoms, improve cardiovascular function and enhance quality of life.
  Indicated population: including patients with stable coronary artery disease (including old myocardial infarction and stable angina), occult coronary artery disease, after coronary artery bypass surgery, percutaneous coronary balloon dilation, and after stenting.
  1. Walking, especially brisk walking.
  Those who take walking as exercise program can walk for 45-60 minutes each time, or walk 1000-2000 meters daily, interspersed with fast walking (fast walking with more than 100 steps per minute can make the heart rate reach 100-110 times/minute). Walking gait should be stable, natural breathing, to prevent falls;
  2.Swimming.
  Better physical strength, the original will swim, with the conditions can be long-term persistent people, can engage in this physical exercise, but should be ready to exercise, and should avoid the exercise time too long to prevent muscle cramps;
  Jogging.
  Jogging should first do a good job in preparation for the exercise, wear sports shoes that fit, keep a relaxed pace when running, pay attention to the ground and the surrounding environment, to prevent injuries from losing their footing, jogging can also be crossed for walking, after running steps can be jogging, or do physical activities, gymnastics and other sports;

  Coronary heart disease patients in the participation of physical exercise, should also pay attention to the following issues.
  (1) avoid exercising within two hours of a large number of meals, strong tea, coffee, etc., and should not eat within an hour after exercise;
  (2) do not drink or smoke before exercise; avoid emotional excitement before and after exercise;
  (3) exercise should be gradual, persistent, usually do not exercise, do not suddenly engage in strenuous exercise;
  (4) heavy exercise, should avoid wearing too thick, affecting heat dissipation, increase the heart rate, heart rate increases will increase myocardial oxygen consumption;
  (5) avoid taking a hot shower or bath with hot water immediately after exercise, at least 15 minutes after rest, and control the water temperature at 40 ℃ or less, because the whole body immersed in hot water, is bound to cause extensive vasodilation, and the relative reduction of blood supply to the heart;
  (6) Exercise should be reduced during the high temperature and high humidity season.
  Contraindicated: patients with unstable conditions, recent myocardial infarction not recovered and heart failure exacerbation period to reduce or stop exercise.
