Bladder MRI enhancement for suspicion of malignancy is an imaging term that usually refers to the suspicion of bladder cancer on MRI examination, which requires prompt medical treatment once detected. In pelvic MRI examination, if a mass protruding from the bladder wall into the lumen is found and is cauliflower-like, nodular, lobulated or irregular, it can be suspected to be bladder cancer, which is usually located in the lateral wall of the bladder or the bladder triangle, and punctate or irregular calcification can be seen on the surface of a few of them; and some of the bladder cancers only locally show irregular thickening or unevenness, and so on. If malignancy is suspected in MRI enhancement examination of bladder, it is recommended that the patient should consult a doctor in time. The treatment of bladder cancer is usually based on surgical resection, and can also be combined with chemotherapy for comprehensive treatment.
