Six micrometastases in the anterior sentinel lymph nodes of breast cancer usually refers to a situation where a breast cancer patient has six metastatic lymph nodes. It is usually more serious. Breast cancer sentinel lymph node metastases are usually the first batch of lymph nodes encountered during the development of metastasis in breast cancer, suggesting that the breast cancer may have metastasized to the axillary lymph nodes. For cancers with a high risk of malignancy, the occurrence of metastasis usually means a poor prognosis and requires treatment as soon as possible. Clinically, it is usually possible to skip a routine axillary dissection when the sentinel lymph nodes are negative. Therefore, when positive, axillary lymph node dissection is usually required. Although the presence of lesions in the sentinel lymph nodes is often indicative of metastasis, a combination of factors needs to be considered to assess the condition. It is recommended that a definitive diagnosis be made under the guidance of a physician to determine a reasonable treatment plan to avoid delays.
