In order to provide you with timely and satisfactory medical services, we would like to inform you of the cautions and post-operative matters as follows: 1, due to the different aesthetic views of individuals and the limitations of the current medical level, the surgical results may not be able to fully meet the requirements of patients, but we promise to do our best to provide the best surgical results and services. 2.Please strictly follow the doctor’s instructions after surgery, if there is any abnormal reaction, you should contact the doctor for help in time, we will give you appropriate guidance and technical support. 3.In order to exclude blood and exudate in the cavity of prosthesis placement, 1-2 drainage tubes will be placed, which are usually removed 2-3 days after surgery. 4, 48 hours after surgery, pay attention to the degree of activity not too much, to prevent bleeding in the surgical area, at the same time, the doctor will apply pressure bandage to the local area to reduce local bleeding, oozing and swelling. 5, 3 days after surgery, intravenous antibiotics should be applied to prevent wound infection; in order to avoid infection, 1-2 days after surgery, complete fasting is required, and daily sterilized water should be used to disinfect the mouth, and 3 days after surgery, full-flow food can be introduced. Do not smoke, drink alcohol, eat spicy and stimulating food within 1 month after chin augmentation surgery, and a light and nutritious diet is preferred. The stitches are removed 7 days after surgery, and you can brush your teeth normally after the stitches are removed. 6.A small amount of blood may appear in the wound in the mouth on the day after surgery, which is a normal phenomenon, but if there is more than bleeding, severe swelling and pain in the operation area, you should immediately go to the hospital for emergency treatment. 7.Please understand that there is a certain recovery period for postoperative swelling and bruising at the surgical site (swelling is obvious 2-3 days after surgery), and the basic recovery is 7-10 days after surgery. In the early postoperative period, you may feel that the chin is not in good shape and the prosthesis is skewed because of swelling, please do not handle it without permission and do not be overly anxious. The surgery requires a certain recovery period, so please wait patiently for 7-10 days for the tissue swelling to subside. 8, 1 week, 1 month, 3 months after surgery, you need to return to the hospital for follow-up, the doctor will judge the effect of surgery and will give follow-up treatment recommendations, please make an appointment with the doctor beforehand and make a follow-up appointment on time.
