There is no saying that three signs of gastritis indicate that there is already stomach cancer, but when patients with gastritis show signs such as indigestion, emaciation with fatigue, and mass in the upper abdomen, the chances of suffering from gastric cancer may be elevated.
1. Dyspepsia: the earliest symptoms may be pain in the upper abdomen, loss of appetite, nausea, etc. If the symptoms continue to be serious and cannot be relieved, patients with gastritis need to pay attention to them.
2. Lethargy and fatigue: the growth of cancer cells needs a large amount of nutrient supply, which leads to malnutrition of the organism, and there will be lethargy and fatigue without any signs.
3. Mass in the upper abdomen: In early gastric cancer patients, due to the growth of cancerous tissues, a small mass may appear in the upper abdomen, which is hard, not smooth and not easy to move, and there is obvious pressure and pain when pressed.
It is recommended that gastritis patients should go to the hospital in time when they have the above symptoms and take the next treatment under the doctor’s guidance.
