What’s wrong with frequent small bleeding after a year with an IUD?

Frequent small amount of bleeding after one year of wearing the IUD may be caused by the change of position of the IUD, or it may be caused by other diseases such as uterine fibroids, cervical polyps, vaginitis and so on.
1. Ectopic birth control ring: Ectopic or downward displacement of intrauterine birth control ring may lead to irregular vaginal bleeding.
