The difference between qi deficiency and qi stagnation

There is a big difference between qi deficiency and qi stagnation; qi deficiency is a lack of qi, while qi stagnation is a lack of qi. Specifically, the main differences include causes and symptoms, as well as treatment. 1. Causes and symptoms: (1) Qi deficiency refers to the deficiency of qi, collectively refers to the weakness of positive qi in the internal organs, and is closely related to the lungs, spleen and kidneys. Clinical manifestations are mainly fatigue (mental exhaustion, physical weakness), susceptible to exogenous sensations, spontaneous sweating (involuntary sweating during the day, a little sweat aggravated by movement), a little sweat, etc., and due to the weakness of the positive qi of the different viscera combined with different symptoms; (2) Qi stagnation refers to the lack of smoothness of qi, which can be caused by dietary evils or seven emotional stagnation; it can also be caused by the weakness of qi not transportation.
