Reasons for a full face of acne and ways to regulate it

A face full of pimples is usually referred to as acne, and factors such as genetics, androgen-induced sebum secretion in large quantities, keratinization of follicular sebaceous gland ducts, propagation of Propionibacterium acnes, and immune-inflammatory response may be associated with it. It can be regulated by general treatment, topical medication, oral medication and physical therapy.
1. General treatment: For general treatment, choose water or suitable cleansing products to remove excess oil, flakes and bacterial mixtures from the skin surface, and use mild moisturizing lotion externally. Avoid squeezing and scratching the skin lesions with hands. Appropriately limit the intake of high glycemic index foods and milk that may trigger or aggravate acne, keep bowel movement smooth, and avoid staying up all night.
2. Topical medication: Adapalene gel, Vitamin A cream, azelaic acid, fusidic acid cream and other topical antibiotic medications can be applied locally.
3. Oral medication: Inflammatory acne can be taken orally antibiotics such as doxycycline, minocycline, etc. Isotretinoin can inhibit sebaceous secretion of sebaceous glands, regulate follicular sebaceous gland duct keratinization, improve the anaerobic environment of the hair follicle, anti-inflammatory and prevent the formation of scarring and other effects.
4. Physical therapy: photodynamic therapy (PDT) with topical 5-aminolevulinic acid (ALA) enriched in the follicular sebaceous gland units, plus red light is suitable for severe acne.
Acne patients should consult a doctor in a timely manner and standardize treatment under the guidance of a doctor. Drugs should be used as prescribed by the doctor and should not be used without authorization.
