Oral squamous cell carcinoma originates from epithelium and manifests as oral cancer, according to its manifestation, characteristics and morphology, it can be divided into the following three types: 1. Ectoplasmic type: it is raised on the mucosal surface and usually shows cauliflower-like, uneven surface, even with erosion and necrosis; 2. Ulcerative type: ulcerative type is dominated by ulcerative manifestation, this kind of ulcer is different from ordinary mucosal ulcer, its ulcerative surface is deeper and larger, and there is a lump when touched; 3. Infiltrative type: its growth is shallow, the lump on the surface is not large, and the deep basal lump grows larger, this type is more malignant and grows faster, clinical symptoms include rupture, bleeding and pain; if the lump develops further, it can invade the tongue muscle and cause movement disorder of the tongue; if it invades the teeth, it can cause loosening of the teeth, etc.
