Is MMR contagious?

MMR is contagious because it refers to measles, mumps and rubella, which are all respiratory infections.

Common complications are viral encephalitis, orchitis, pancreatitis and ovaritis. Early-stage patients and those with latent infection are the source of infection. Direct contact, droplets and inhalation of saliva are the main means of transmission.
3. Rubella is an acute respiratory infectious disease caused by rubella virus, susceptible age of 1 to 5 years old mainly, rubella is a contagious viral infections, viral transmission to the air droplets as a carrier, will be infected with sneezing release of viral dissemination and spread, humans are currently the only known host.
