If you have intercourse on the day of ovulation or 48 hours before to 24 hours after ovulation, it is usually recommended that you take a blood HCG test about 10 days after intercourse to help clarify whether you are pregnant. If you can feel pregnant or have symptoms of pregnancy, they tend to appear about half a month after intercourse which is about 15 days after the day of ovulation. Some people may notice some symptoms, frequent urination, nausea and other conditions appear. It is not easy to tell if you have intercourse on a non-ovulatory day, because you will not feel pregnant for 48 hours before the day of non-ovulation and 24 hours after the day of ovulation. Because the chances of getting pregnant are extremely low when you have intercourse before or after a non-ovulatory day, you won’t feel pregnant. If you are worried that you are pregnant, you should know your menstrual cycle, and then see if the date of intercourse is around the day of ovulation to determine whether you are pregnant.
