Organophosphate poisoning can appear as fumonisin-like and muscarinic-like symptoms. After finding poisoning, you should immediately get away from the scene, remove clothing, and thoroughly wash skin, hair, nails, etc. with water or soap and water, and immediately take them to the hospital for treatment. To the hospital, vomiting, gastric lavage and diarrhea should be given immediately, while for organophosphate poisoning, there are special antidotes, atropine, desipramine and chlorophosphamide. In addition, if the patient is found to have convulsions, sedatives can be given, either diazepam or phenobarbital, and active correction of the water-electrolyte balance in the body. In case of respiratory distress, pulmonary edema or cardiac and respiratory arrest, appropriate resuscitation measures should be given immediately.
