Does transfer factor treat psoriasis?

Transfer factors are rarely used clinically to treat psoriasis. Transfer factors are indicated for certain viral infections that are difficult to control with antibiotics, such as herpes zoster and herpes simplex, or can be used as adjuvant therapy for malignancies. Psoriasis is not caused by immune deficiency, and its pathogenesis may be related to environmental and genetic factors. Clinical treatment is mostly from three aspects, topical drugs including calcium-regulated phosphatase inhibitors, vitamin D3 derivatives, glucocorticoids, etc., systemic drugs can choose retinoids, and physical therapy can choose ultraviolet light therapy, 308nm excimer laser, etc.
