What are the signs of advanced leukemia?

Late leukemia may present with manifestations of anemia, bleeding, severe infection, hepatosplenomegaly and bone and joint pain.
1. Anemia: mostly severe anemia manifestations, such as dizziness, difficulty in walking, fatigue, pallor and so on.
2. Bleeding: Coagulation dysfunction and platelet reduction can occur in the late stage of leukemia, so there will be extensive bleeding all over the body, such as bleeding from skin and mucous membrane, bleeding from digestive tract, and even intracranial bleeding in serious cases, which threatens the safety of life.
3. Serious infection: the resistance of the body is seriously reduced in the late stage of leukemia, which will cause the body to be in a state of continuous infection, fever, lung infection, and in serious cases, sepsis and infectious shock will occur, which will eventually lead to death.
4. Liver and spleen enlargement and bone and joint pain: due to the infiltration of leukemia cells, it can lead to liver and spleen enlargement and bone and joint pain.
