There is no clear standard condition for laparoscopic surgery for rectal cancer, as long as there is no contraindication to surgery, radical surgery can be performed. At present, laparoscopic surgery for rectal cancer is widely used, and the main contraindications to surgery are as follows: 1. History of abdominal surgery and repeated surgical treatments, because repeated abdominal surgical treatments can easily lead to adhesion in the abdominal cavity, and in serious cases, it will make the normal physiological position of the organs in the abdominal cavity shift, which will affect the laparoscopic surgical operation. 2. The tumor is large in size, with local infiltration and unclear demarcation with the surrounding tissues, which may easily damage other tissues during laparoscopic operation. 3. Patients with poor physical condition who cannot tolerate the operation. Patients with rectal cancer need to improve relevant examination and let doctors make a comprehensive assessment of the body, then choose the most suitable treatment plan under the guidance of doctors, and actively treat the disease to prolong the survival period as much as possible.
